Fettle is a retail store operated by GAUGHAN LTD, 8 Grange Road, Ampthill, Bedford, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, MK45 2PA. By placing an order or using the site you accept these terms.

We sell finished, unbranded no-drill DIY home tools and accessories, plus an optional membership subscription. All prices are shown and charged in USD.

Fettle is a product retailer only. We do not provide installation, fitting, mounting, repair, renovation or any on-site service, and we do not sell power tools or components for electrical, gas, load-bearing or plumbing work. Any guidance we give is product-selection help, not a professional service.

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order. If a price or product detail is wrong, we may cancel and refund before dispatch. All amounts are in USD and include applicable charges shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We never store your full card details.

Paid memberships (Maker Club, Home Pro) renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Benefits are service-only — member pricing, delivery, early access, extended returns and project guidance — and are not points, stored value or a withdrawable balance. You can cancel anytime; benefits apply to the current term and do not carry over.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, and safe use by our Product Safety & Disclaimers. You are responsible for following the weight limits and surface guidance printed on each product.

Use of the site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must be at least 18 to buy. The store is not for anyone under 13; those aged 13–17 may use it only with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for damage arising from use outside printed weight limits, unsuitable surfaces or failure to follow safety guidance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. Refund and dispute handling follows Stripe's standard processes.
