Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Members receive priority handling and dispatch.

• Standard shipping: $6 per order.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $45.
• Home Pro members receive free priority delivery.

All charges are shown and taken in USD at checkout.

Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can occur.

We offer international shipping where available. Delivery times vary by destination. Some remote areas may be excluded by our carriers.

For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility. Please check the rules in your country before ordering.

Kits containing hot-glue tools, sharp items or small parts are packed to meet standard carrier requirements. If a destination restricts a particular item, we will contact you to adjust or refund that line.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@goaughanuk.shop within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate, replace or refund as appropriate.
